TRIM THE LAMPS MINISTRY

PREPARE FOR THE BRIDEGROOM

An end-time ministry for all who have the love of God burning in them

Welcome to Trim the Lamps Ministry!

Hello, I’m Pastor Paul Kimball, and my wife and I want to welcome you to this website. The focus of this website and of the ministry the Lord has given Rochelle and I is to encourage all who name the name of Jesus Christ to become disciples of the Lord Jesus. In so doing, we believe the people of God will put on strength, and preparedness, and grow in their spiritual substance.

Jesus replied,

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.
This is the first and greatest commandment.
And the second is like it:
Love your neighbor as yourself".

Matthew 22: 37-39

WORSHIP PORTAL

What is this worship portal? You will be able to participate in the live streaming of times of worship; scheduled and unscheduled. It is our hope that we will have many times of impromptu worship that could be opened to all. However, because we are new as a ministry we will add this functionality over time.

PRAYER PORTAL

What is this prayer portal? Hello, this is Pastor Paul Kimball, and I would like to share the vision that I have for this time of prayer. If I could give any child of God anything, I would give them a life of prayer.

This portal is an opening into my personal prayer life, recorded daily for use at your appointed time of prayer. This is for those that want to learn, not with their mind, but with their spirit. It’s for those who are being called deeper, higher, but who are overwhelmed by cares, weights, stress, and the pressures of their own flesh. You will see me fight through my flesh, my deadness, my cares, and enter every time into the faithful presence of God.

By the grace of God, I will meet you each day at your appointed time of prayer and we will put this life of prayer on together. I will not be able to hear you, but you can hear me. I hope this will help you in putting on a life of faithful prayer and experience, as I do, the incredible faithful presence of our God and enter a place of ministry in the Spirit.

I will speak for a minute at the beginning of each recording and describe what I am experiencing at that moment; then we will go right into prayer. Thanksgiving, praise, declaration, praying in the spirit, also prayer in the understanding, are all part of each time of prayer. Remember, prayer is intimate, prayer is honest, and prayer is fervent.

TEACHING PORTAL

What is the teaching portal? Live streamed or pre-recorded Bible studies that are short and to the point. We would love to draw upon the mature Christian brethren that we know to contribute as they are able.

The intent is to encourage all believers to further their understanding in the Word of God and move into a deeper walk with the Lord Jesus. Much effort will be on those areas that are so lacking in today’s church landscape. Topics such as prayer, fasting, responsibility and accountability of believers, and the need for community and godly fellowship among the redeemed of the Lord will be targeted heavily.

Each video will be streamed here as a YouTube video, then move into a place of archive where they will be available as a continued resource.
